Be careful with this company
Be careful with this company. You cannot speak to anyone on the phone and if you have a real problem and they feel like they've given you a good enough answer they stop responding and block you. I have had this company for 2 to 3 years and yes you can get a beautiful website design however it hasn't been linked to the SEO and it really hasn't served me all that well. I have tried several times last year and some of the year before to uncouple my credit card, PayPal account with them so I could decide if I wanted to renew or not. I had reached out last year and was told it was taken care of, however unfortunately I cannot find that email. I am within my 14-day renewal. And I am not due to renew until the 24th or the 26th of August 2025, the company went in and charged me anyway early. I immediately reached out and told them I would like a refund that I am not renewing this year but I would like to keep my domain name and I'd be more than happy to pay for that. Rather than just giving me a refund for services I don't want from them this coming year they are choosing to keep my money and offered me a percentage of my money back. In my opinion that is theft, I have paid over the years and I am stating I don't want the service this coming year and I am paid up until the date of August 24th or 26th 2025. I've also asked them questions about keeping my domain name. They won't answer the questions about the domain name and they stopped responding to me and sent me a company policy around only being able to cancel when you first start the service with them. This makes no sense at all if I don't want to renew for the coming year I shouldn't be forced to and then have to sit back as they steal my money and base their theft on some outlandish policy. I would absolutely steer clear of them! It's not over for me I will try to reach out to their founder I'm going to reach out to the better Business bureau and I'm going to fight the payment with PayPal. It's unbelievable to me how a company can think they can just take your money and keep it! That would be akin to me telling a patient that cancels ahead of time I'm sorry you still have to pay for that appointment even though you canceled in plenty of time. I really wasn't up for a fight cuz I have more important things to do but I am not allowing them to steal from me! Please make sure you think long and hard before signing up with this company, very deceitful practices!
