I am so hurt I ordered four pairs of shoes from them. One pair THEY sent in the wrong size I had to pay to return. Did not get reimbursed. They were pretty unpleasant about it, but they did send the right size Eventually. The other size I ordered in the wrong size, that was my error. They gave me a return address to send them to in Jamaica, New York. I sent it along with tracking which I was able to see it made it there safely and they completely stopped responding. They took my money. I never received my shoes I went on Instagram and started commenting on their post to get some attention , and whoever runs their Instagram account says “ I’m sorry this happened to you. Give me your order number so we can fix it” when I went to email them my order number they blocked me. I waited several months and then emailed them back and they have not responded. They literally took my money and kept the shoes. I know they have inventory. I know they can see that they have an extra pair of shoes, they just don’t care.
