I wrote a review earlier about my experience with the pillow slips
I wrote a review earlier about my experience with the pillow and the pillow slips. The pillow is fantastic as I said, but I was not so enchanted with the pillow slips. I found them made my head, hot and sweaty. It wasn’t cooling at all, and I didn’t like the feel of the material. Dosaze reached out to me and told me that if I wasn’t happy, they would give me a refund, they just asked that I donate my pillow slips to a church or to a charity. I live in a very small community 2500 people there’s not a lot of options here. The company went ahead and gave me a refund. It happened so quickly, they stood by their word and that made me very happy. I like a company that stands by their word. Thanks Dosaze!
