Overall good experience
Good contact, the instructions for cancelled show and how to redeem voucher are a little confusing. Also, nowhere does it give the option for a refund nor any mention, i had to go through customer chat to figure this out, it should be much easier. Otherwise the site is pretty good and responsive.
