Steer-clear of SwanGift
Mis-advertisement of delivery, Paid for the item to arrive within 2-3 working days (with DHL fast track), then found out that the Item was shipping from China using China Post, and then DHL Fast track within the UK. Further to the issue, the Item arrived damaged, and the quality of the laser etching was poor, and just about recognisable. I sent an email to Swangift, but no response was received. Overall, poor customer service, and product support.
