I am disappointed with my recent purchase of Hag chair. The finishing is very poor, which shows a lack of quality control and the after-sales service from the manufacturer is bad. Multiple areas have rust underneath the seats. Feedback was given to Ergokids but the manufacturer simply reverted that it was due to our humid climate and it does not affect functionality. I mean this is a brand new chair, how can you send out such an inferior product? Hope the rest of the buyers can be aware of such issues not seen in the showroom. I appreciate that the retail team from HAG reaching out to me after receiving news on my negative review. They explained that I was not sent a faulty product but offered to do an exchange for me nonetheless. They were supposed to get back to me on the exchange but have yet to follow up after 2 weeks. I have completely given up on them at this point.
