Placed an order and attempted to cancel, got no response and order has been marked as shipped. They hide that they aren't a UK company despite advertising as one, so there is the possibility of duty and tax. This is the reason I wanted cancellation but have been ignored. Reading about not being able to return items without sending back to china is worrying, will be doing a PayPal claim.
