Update 27/08/24 I'm really glad to update that MFW got back to me first thing Monday morning (26/08/24) and explained the reason for the delay in contacting me. They swift dealt with my cancellation that same day- customer service was great Original: 23/08/24 I made order and on same day sent request via chat to cancel order. At the same time I emailed customer services again same day as order requesting cancellation- no response.
