I ordered 2 shirts from Batik Worldwide via Batik by Kala Sg. It was under their buy 2 get the 3rd free. They had issues with proper sizing and I agreed to getting the first 2 shirts and they promised to send the 3rd shirt when they had it in stock. I received the 2 shirts in October 2025 and then waited until January 2026 before I contacted them to ask where the 3rd shirt is . The deal is free shipping for ordered over SGD150. However when they sent the 3rd shirt I suddenly was expected to pay SGD 32 just for shipping. I refused the delivery. The added cost was not communicated to me at all in previous messages. Now one month later they have not replied to any messages or emails. Do not buy from them. They are not legit and the shirts are not cotton.
