Ridiculous price gouging
Ridiculous price gouging. I assumed the train ticket price in Korea would be comparable to the local prices but I was charged 15% more on top of the 20% surcharge they charge for your tickets. When I questioned them about this, they respond "the additional charges can sometimes be unexpected, but we would like to assure you that all pricing information was made clear and available to you before payment was submitted." But that's assuming the price of the train ticket was inline with the original costs of the ticket. How can you add a surcharge on top of a surcharge and call it fair practice?
