Terrible experience with cheaptickets
My return flight was cancelled by the airline and Cheaptickets was unable to book me on an earlier flight claiming the flights were full, or give me any other options. I had to call the airline and book a return flight( the same flight that Cheaptickets claimed was fully booked!) They then refused to cancel my original return flight until I complete the first leg of my flight. I regret booking my tickets through them. They seem to be clueless about the concept of customer service
