You pay €6.99 via Apple Pay to receive a €4.50 charge. However, when checking the Apple Pay invoice, it shows €5.78 + €1.21 VAT. This raises a question: where does the difference of €1.28 (€5.78 − €4.50) come from? Could you please clarify this discrepancy? Also, on what basis is the charge applied—does it occur simply when the phone starts ringing, even if the call is not actually connected?
