I want to specifically thank 'Shirley'-for her patience working with me to get the correct set up going for the VideoProc Converter AI. I was dealing with problems from a download I didn't fully understand. She helped me walk through the problems step by step. It is a great product & having great support is paramount. Many thanks Shirley.
