Purchased a 12-week intro with understanding of renewal every 3 months after the 12 weeks. Downloaded the app. Was not able to log in. Contacted customer service who responded right away with instructions. Tried instructions still not able to log in. Repeat contact and log in attempt 4 times without susaess. Waited 2 days log in success. Next day couldn’t log in. Cancelled subscription. Customer service responded with they were charging me the next 3 months ($69.99) after only 5 days after purchase where the app only worked for 1 day. Am in dispute now with customer service over $69.99 charge. log in worked in today -my 12 weeks is still active. Hope the app still works. App not terrific. Not able to change my fasting/eating period nor track my own meals. VERY dissatisfied
