Pretty bad experience
Purchased lighted house number/address placards. I am working with a contractor who is installing stone around the placard, so I purchased the Rush Order option. Given the standard lead times and Rush Order times on their website, I spent extra money to rush the order so to not keep my contractor waiting. Well the times quoted on their website have come and past. After several attempts at contacting their support, I got a response stating "We are moving factories". Why not state this on your website to warn people? It would allow for us to purchase from a company who can deliver in time. Why still sell the "Rush Order" option if you cant actually produce your product? I can only assume one or two things. Either the customer support and communication is lacking, or that the company is a scam. I have yet to receive any product from the company, so I am not sure if they have just run off and stole my funds or not.
