The individuals that helped were great. The fact you can order samples up to 5 for free was a great help. I was notified every step of the way from the ordering to the shipping to delivery. The delivery was the best, done during a heavy rainstorm, they were mindful of my property and the sofa, they unboxed set up exactly where I had ready. I am extremely happy with my purchase!!
