Shipping and customer service poor!
I ordered 4 boxes of Acuvue Oasys 1-Day for Astigmatism 30 pack with HydraLuxe and got free shipping and their website said 3 to 4 business days it would take for me to get my ordered delivered to me, it’s now day 5 and I have not got my boxes of contacts, plus their customer service was unclear with how they were fixing the problem and not clear fully when they will express ship my order out… changed my order up and didn’t tell me also I told them I was very unsatisfied with there service and they could not give me any discounts to make me satisfied with the late shipment of my order. 2 stars only as they need to improve their poor customer service and fix customer service quality standards to satisfy customers. Contactsexpres.ca is slow in shipping now and their customer service agents service I think in helping customers with their orders could use improvement! I hope they improve on their service as as an online store or there will be more unsatisfied customers!
