RE: Ticket #US-156193 A dissapointingly dismissive "solution" to a database problem on a server that has been working perfectly fine with no changes for the last 20 months. Very dissapointing indeed! Update: Sorry, I meant to do this sooner. I submitted another ticket a week later and the problem was resolved in the manner i had come to expect, quickly clearly and completely. Thank You! Back to 5/5 stars for you guys.
