Worst Telco Service Provider
Truth be told from experience - Simba is the worst all-round telco service company around for mobile services that deserves zero stars. Don't be fooled by the pricing like I was. The amount of issues you will face is just not worth your precious time. Roaming services don't work and there is no way to get the matter resolved despite repeated attempts to seek assistance via the web form that requires you to compete all details, yet their email reply will request for the same personal information all over again - 3 rounds to no success and i've given up. Time to change telco.
