Horrible Service
Good product, incompetent employees. We have had our system for 3 +years. The first year of service we discovered the product was hooked backwards for the entire first year, so dangerous. The first yeartech discovered and corrected the problem, but dropped the unit on our tile floor and broke a tile. The second year another tech came and pulled the unit from the wall and left giant holes in the drywall and it had to be moved over and more holes drilled. We’ve asked to buy parts to have our professional water/plumber service it but were told no and dismissed. So we shall see how it goes this year. So since I can’t respond to the owners comment, I will say that we have reached out as stated in my original comment. Nothing was done, and they were rude and offer no help at all, customer service is horrible.
