Missing order
I placed an order on Aug 26 for 8 t-shirts. Last week I received a poorly written email stating my package is waiting at the post office and ready for pick up. I did not receive any post office ticket, and have no idea where my package is. I contacted customer support and was giving a tracking number, but unfortunately when trying to locate, the message I receive is 'order not found'. Can someone help? I feel like I got scammed as I cannot seem to reach a real person.
