terrible service
terrible service. that's call cheap thing no good. I have booked the flight on 4/9 and request to cancel on the sameday, when is lesser than 5 hours. The cheap company was collecting penalty fees $138 + no refund to the seat purchased done in the morning. During cancellation request process, have been checking with 2 officers online but none of them was informing there is admin fees collection and any other extra charges. Feel like being cheated by this cheap company. very dissapointed and hopefully other to check and screen shot their reply if there is any cancellation or changes made after the booking. very lousy service. pls think twice before proceed your booking with this company
