Package Tracking useless with this company
This company has difficulty managing to address issues and concerns in a timely manner and often requires you to contact them repeatedly before they bother to respond. And something always goes wrong. The new signature requirement on packages wouldn’t be a problem except they never send notifications and only update the tracking data retroactively. The last 3 orders from them have displayed “shipping soon” on the tracking data days in a row, so under the assumption that my order is still in the warehouse I make no effort to be home until I invariably receive an email telling me that the package is en route to my house.
