FARM Rio's Customer Service is Top Notch
I recently was looking through Farm Rio's site and put some potential items in my cart. When I went to review my cart, my fingers, by accident, placed the order. I immediately emailed their customer service team and explained what had happened. They immediately responded and credited my order. Customer service is spot on when it's done right and FARM Rio does it right. I was so thankful they credited my order with no questions asked. Most customer service people either take their time to respond or, in some cases, not at all and then have to reach out to your card company and explain. Thankfully, FARM Rio is on top of their game and were super helpful. Something I won't soon forget. THANK YOU FARM Rio!!!
