Bad business actions sometimes…
I spent spent money on some items and paid for full size bottles. Well I was sent only half the sizes and it was a limited drop. So the items was sold out. They offered me either a complete refund and lose out completely instead of just giving me a refund on half or partial amount of what I spent. And now I have seen that I am not the only person to have this happen to. I usually have a good experience when the product isn't limited or sold out. They ship out in about a week or so which is slower than most, but that's understandable when you are busy. And so is the mistake made but not working with you on a better alternative because of their mistakes is just tough business. So I will not be doing anything with them again.
