Batikair is so terrible and unreliable
Batikair is so terrible and unreliable. There were so many issues from checking in here in Australia to boarding the plane. Everything was a disaster. Mind you I also paid for business class hoping that any issues I would encounter would at least be minimal or easily rectified. But no, trust me, it does not matter whether you paid more or not. Their services are just terrible no matter what class you paid for. I had sent them an email asking them to at least give me some sort of explanation and compensation for all the issues. It took them ages to respond, claiming they were doing an investigation. Then they replied with some factually inaccurate nonsense, they literally tried to gaslight me, to which I responded with evidence of my claims, and they had since ghosted me. Definitely do not recommend them. Please please don’t be like me, don’t be tempted by their offers. None of it was worth the headache.
