Lots of hidden and misleading
1- Agoda gives discount codes. When you enter the code, the price initially increases to a more expensive rate, then decreases with the discount, resulting in a more expensive price. This is why Agoda says the discount has already been applied, so you can't see that nothing came off. 2- If you book Monday to Saturday, Agoda sets the price on the most expensive room and charges 7 nights at the premium rate, which could be 35 euros less than what it is on Monday to Friday, so it's better to do 2 different bookings to save you lots. 3- It's stated in the terms and conditions that kids are free. Always look at hotels' terms and conditions because Agoda charge you, so it's best to book 2 people first, then contact the hotel, which will save lots of money. 4- All the different loyalty plans they have are rubbish if you don't log in to your account, you see there's no difference for someone with bronze status than a normal browser without logging in. 5- pay later option can increase if the currency in tha countries your going to get higher and is usually more expensive so book and pay with free cancellation policy alot better and you save money. 6- customer service are terrible not like they where few years back they hang up on you if they can't answer this is why I do e a review of all of the above.
