Order # 253823 . I attempted to use my My accumulated points towards the last order indicated with the order number listed above. There was no option to do so I do not want to drag the company on the reviews tab . Please assist me in resolving this issue and sending me in an equivalent colognes worth the points that I have accumulated so we don’t have an on going issue. This is the 6th email and 2 messages through the website that I have sent with no real response from The Perfumebox. Just the generic reply with an instructional link that didn’t resolve the problem of the points redemption feature not working. This issue is on going since 5/20/26.
