Terrible service from the Relationship Manager! Without going into details, the service is terrible, the APP is terrible and there are so many hidden charges you have to pay for! And after reading comment in Trustpilot, I'm not surprised that the senior management of DBS are blinded. DBS should make honest money and not this way. After nearly more than 40 years as a customer of DBS, its time to search for a safe, honest, reliable and friendly bank.
