I would leave negative stars if I could. When emailing the website about the shipping of my order I received prompt but canned responses that my order was shipped even though tracking showed it hadn’t moved. When inquired they said that a third party shipper was used and that it didn’t track like normal shipper. When I tried to request a callback from the company numerous times none was received, only the canned email response. When the package was finally supposed to be delivered nobody was there to sign and it was promptly delivered back to vaporfi without any redelivery attempt. Order status says complete with no product being received.
