Excellent products and service.
I ordered a number of birthday and Christmas cards from Zazzle. Half were perfect but unfortunately half were flat cards, like a postcard, not folded cards that I wanted. Zazzle and their customer service person were exceptional in handling the mix up and refunded me the money so I can repurchase the items in the correct folded style. They go out of their way to make sure you are happy with your purchase. The cards are great quality and much nicer than generic store bought greeting cards. The recipients of the birthday cards I have given also loved them and the personalised messages on them.
