Worst courier experience
City-Link Express was tasked to deliver a package from Johor Bahru, Malaysia to Singapore. When I tracked the package, it had been sitting in City-Link's Singapore warehouse for 7 days now. Still not delivered! Would've been easier, cheaper and more efficient to use normal post. Edit : It has been 2 weeks since the package has been sitting in the Singapore warehouse. Still not delivered! Hopeless!
