Had whole house water softener system installed in my home for $3600 on 6/10/25. Attempts to set up my free service call have been to no avail. My first call to schedule, service to check the system was on 6/5/26. My contract CLEARLY states all service calls AFTER 1 year will be subject to service a charge.
