I waited more than 12 hours to get a response to a ticket. They deleted my entire server after sending only one warning email over the weekend. All data from 300 websites was wiped without any backup reminder — just a single overdue notice sent on a weekend. On Monday, I immediately contacted them to renew, but after waiting 12 hours, while all my sites were down the whole time, they replied saying the data couldn’t be restored. They claimed the server was deleted 3 days after expiration for security reasons.
