*** edit Of course I have reached out to have this resolved… but the replacement that you offered is out of stock according to your team yet suspiciously still available on your site And it’s winter in NY so you would think a heater is very important . I demand a refund for not only the heater which you have been dancing around for weeks! But also the co2 sensor that broke immediately !! Again buyer be ware !!! They do not I repeat DO NOT rectify problems They sell junk that breaks maybe 2-4 months after shipment Don’t waste your time or money … these products are made poorly and meant to break with in a few months! Then they refuse to honor warranty saying oh product is out of stock. Heater broke in winter time … refuses to send replacement or compensation. Buyer beware
