I ordered a pair of barstools and one of them had a flaw of a weld that broke causing a bold tightening issue. I notified Garvee support and sent them photos, there was great communication with them and they replaced the barstools in a timely manner! Garvee support went above and beyond to ensure my issue was resolved.
