Constant issues with no resolution
I've been experiencing unreliable service from day one with this company. It's always the same issue. The access point goes down and or speeds degrade to the point where the service is unusable. I call tech support and they reboot the access point every time. This is only a temporary fix as the problem occurs over and over. I've called dozens of times. You would think someone would realize there is a bigger problem here. But no, they continue to put a bandaid on the issue. Additionally, now you have to go through the typical automated service to speak to a real person. Once you get someone, they simply open a ticket and forward it to a technical person or group which is extremely frustrating. At this point I would absolutely NOT recommend this company and am looking for another provider. Lastly, this is the provider in my RV resort and many of the guests as well as management are fed up with this subpar service.
