I never received my order
I never received my order. I was told shipping would take 3–5 weeks, which was already a long wait. Now I’m seeing newer orders being delivered in one week while mine hasn’t even been fulfilled. That makes no sense. Customer service is extremely unresponsive. It takes days to get an email back — if they respond at all. There is no clear communication, no accountability, and no urgency to fix the issue. Very disappointed. At this point, it feels completely unprofessional and misleading. I would not recommend ordering unless you’re prepared for long delays and poor communication.
