Fantastic customer support for at least the last 5 years
I have spoken with Wahoo on three separate occasions over the past 5 years (Support staff: Ben, Jeremy and Stephen) and on all 3 occasions they have been fast to respond, friendly, and competent. They have understood my issue and resolved it in a very timely and satisfactory manner. I honestly believe Wahoo's level of customer support is the stuff of dreams in many other companies, and it has given me a lot of confidence in dealing with them in the future. Thanks very much! A point of improvement for them is that on mobile (Brave browser), their support bot seems unable to continue a conversation if you navigate away from the page. A little frustrating when it gives you reference material to read to help with your support request. However, this was of minor inconvenience.
