Fraudulent Company
I ordered a blonde wig at the beginning of August. When it arrived, it was actually purple, not blonde. The quality was extremely cheap and I was very dissatisfied with what I ordered. I looked on their website for return info, it said to email them my order number and make sure the wig was not tampered with (it hadn’t even been tried on because I immediately noticed it was purple). I contacted them expressing that I wanted to ship the product back and request a refund. They proceeded to send multiple back and forth emails disputing why there was nothing wrong with the wig I received. I took pictures and sent them. I asked for a shipping address to return the wig three times and they refused to cooperate. I informed them I’d dispute the charge with my bank, which I did. I received my refund and then recently received a notice from my bank that they had disputed my dispute. They lied and said I never reached out to them nor gave them an order number to even look up my item. They said I never requested to send the wig back. Well, I screenshot all of the emails (there’s 7) and I sent them to my bank as proof they’re lying. This company is a scam. DO NOT make any purchases from them. They do not send what you purchased and they try to lie and fight you if you’re dissatisfied. I’d give 0 stars if I could. If I could attach photos of my purple wig and also the screenshots of the emails, I would! I’d never make a purchase with this company again.
