The VP is wonderful
In the beginning the experience was great. I had an agent who was willing to help book a cruise on Royal Caribbean. He told me he could offer me a discount from the original price and it was going to be $300 off. I was shocked. After agreeing to the $750 deposit we end our call on a friendly note. I was so happy. We had a slight misunderstanding with our call but the VP spoke to me personally and fixed everything. Gustavo was amazing!!! Thank you so much. I will do business with him in the future.
