Myrtle Beach Store
I had an experience at your Myrtle Beach location yesterday that I still can't even believe. I went in with a nearly flat tire at a little after 4 p.m. and the manager refused to help me. I told him I had my daughter in the car and he told me that 'wasn't his problem' and that he was 'trying to get out of there for the day.' I told him I had a spare and begged him to put it on for me because I didn't have any tools with me, and he literally told me that there were 'at least 5 other tire places in the area' and to go somewhere else. I told him I was going to report him and he literally laughed and said, 'Good, go ahead.' I went up to the front of the store to customer service and told the manager what happened. She went back there with me and he had already left. An elderly gentleman who worked there helped me with my tire, but it is not okay for a so-called 'manager' to treat customers like this. Especially not a woman with her child in the car. I will be cancelling my membership and, as a journalist, I will be posting about this experience to my 150,000 followers on X.
