Absolutely absurd return policy
Absolutely absurd return policy. Make sure you read every inch of the policy before you think about giving them your business. I ordered multiple dresses to try as a bridesmaid in an upcoming wedding. I will take the blame for not looking at the return policy details (will never make this mistake again), however, their expectations are ridiculous. Extremely short return window, store credit only, if there is accidentally 1 piece of hair on the return from trying it on then will send you a condescending and rude email and take away your opportunity to ever return items again. I am now stuck with a store credit for a business that I think is crap quality, and if I use my store credit I am not able to return the items if they don’t fit. Will be using my store credit and NEVER shopping here again. Will also warn anyone who is dress shopping to never shop here as well.
