Absolutely disgusting experience with Bolt Food. I placed an order (#3FXSH) and have been waiting for 2 hours — the food still hasn’t arrived. No updates, no explanation, nothing. Tried contacting support and guess what… no response at all. It’s like once they take your money, you just stop existing. This is beyond bad service — it’s straight-up unreliable and disrespectful to customers’ time. What’s the point of a food delivery app if you can’t deliver food or even provide basic customer support? Never ordering from Bolt Food again. Total waste of time and money.
