Good price, poor service
When I asked for update at 5 hrs, 24 hrs, and 48 hrs after my payment...the service person wouldn't give an estimated completion time. They acted rude and even said "looks like you want me to ask to cancel it and blacklist you here coz you cant stop be annoying." Because I had received no communication from them. Took a week to complete an order they advertise as taking 1 hour...but they don't keep you in the loop or treat you polite when you ask them for an update.
