According to you, Sofas & Sectional, the reason why we haven't been able to get it fixed is because the company that made this sofa, shut down around the time we bought it. Now 2 years later we have ended up with a $3,000.00 sofa that it's functions do not work and nobody is responsible to replace I either want an equal replacement or our money back for this sofa Nobody seems to be responsible for this.
