Disappointing Customer Support
PayPal has a bug on their website. Their form is not able to simply add a Phone number for users of our Business Account - neither in Chrome, Opera nor Firefox. We are told my colleagues will loose access. We tried to contact customer support, the AI chatbot is next to useless. Doesn't understand our problem, we cannot upload a screenshot to explain the problem nor be connected to a human being. When we call their support, they said to try in Chrome again - which we know it doesn't work - and we told them. Then they simply hang up on us with the problem unsolved. Honestly, this is unacceptable.
