I tried to return 2 dresses ($200)and rec’d 2 emails with a QR code for refund. They did not work, so I called , and was on the phone with a guy for an hour, going through so many steps, downloading an app, and on and on.. I finally hung up bc I was suspicious. That evening we found we were CHARGED $200 ! We called this morning and my husband spoke to him, another half hour, and the last step, told my husband to go to his Venmo acct. and where it said Pay or Request, told him to put $200 on the Pay line. This company is a fraud for returns. I will never use them again.
