I rarely write negative reviews and have always kept my account in good standing, but my experience with Centric Fiber has been deeply frustrating. As the only provider in our community, the frequent outages and lack of responsive support are disappointing. Calling customer service takes multiple attempts, messages go unreturned, and emails go unanswered. To make matters worse, the information is inconsistent. An agent assured me yesterday that a technician would arrive Sunday to fix an outage, only for a different representative today to state it is a "hard down ticket" waiting to be scheduled, leaving me without service until at least Monday. As someone who works from home, reliable internet and clear communication are essential. I hope Centric Fiber takes steps to improve its support and provide the dependable service its customers deserve.
