Great Customer Support
It's great to be able to contact customer support through WhatsApp, and the response rate is within the same day. The status of payment links (e.g. completed or unpaid) is clearly stated for easier reference. It will be even better to show the breakdown of transactions related to every bank payouts, instead of having to download it. Only downside for now is the high foreign currency transaction fees (+2%) :(
